SUBJECT: Todays Update
Well I probably have a lot to talk about since my last post. Let see. Over Memorial Day weekend my parents came to town for a one week visit. We had a great time and got a chance to make it to Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Crabtree Falls, and the WWII Memorial in DC. Besides the site-seeing we had a great time visiting and relaxing.
I'm EMPLOYEED! I saw that as if I'm excited about it but I must say I have many mixed feelings. I really loved the contracting work that I did with it's freedom, rewards, and getting to meet new people daily. The nice thing about a "real" job is the consistency of pay and the comfortfactor. So where am I hanging my hat you ask? I'm working for a O'Toole Distribution, INC. better known as Pella Virginia. I am the IT Manager (also the only IT guy) and cover basically the entire Virginia, West Virginia, and southern Ohio Pella retail stores and salespersons.
Getting excited and ready for our 10th anniversary off-road run that will be held in Crozet, VA. Unfortuneately I haven't had the money to get the Zuk to the point I had hope, nor is the "Great Pumpkin" going to grece us with his presence, but I should still be a great time and a change to meet some new people. |
